Ken it would be great to fill this in here !! with what you want

While you are doing this it would probably be a good idea to fill this area in at the same time. This would give a good idea on the spacing which is available in this square !

I suppose it is more rectangular than square, but it still will give an idea on how much text you can put in.

NFSN - Newsflash 1 - Continued

Chairperson of the Business Sprinkler Alliance, Iain Cox, said: “The BSA wholeheartedly welcomes this great news for the people of Portsmouth.

“Whilst we were initially dismayed to learn that developer Watkin Jones had intended to proceed with the 110 metre high student accommodation building without installing active fire suppression measure, the decision by Watkin Jones to reconsider their plans will offer the students who will live in the ‘Blade’ building far greater protection in the event of fire.

“After approaching Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, the developers accepted the Service’s professional opinion that fire sprinklers save lives, protect property, sustain local communities and conserve the environment. This also enables the developers to benefit from certain design flexibilities within the structure.

“This is not the end of the matter, however, as we still need to consider how the anomalous decision to approve a 33-storey high student accommodation block without fire sprinklers could ever have been approved. The BSA, in support of Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and local community, continue to lobby central Government for a change to the building regulations to require all buildings, above 30m in height to be fitted with sprinklers.”
