Yate (Bristol) packaging production factory 30th July 2015
Crews were mobilised to a cardboard packaging production facility in Yate near Bristol at 10-36 on Thursday 30 July 2015. The premises (150m X 75m) were sprinklered and upon arrival it was noted that some sprinklers had activated in the bailing area within a compactor room.
Crews set up in BA (4) with 2 x hose reel and a 45mm safety jet however the sprinkler activation controlled and contained the fire to a small area.
More information has been requested.
