London Secondary school: Tuesday 8th March 2016

At just before 1pm on Tuesday 8th March LFB were called to a report of fire in a 2nd floor toilet block at a secondary school in Hackney. One pumping appliance was mobilised

The school is equipped with a full sprinkler system and one head on the wet pipe system had operated within the toilet area to extinguish the fire. The fire was reported as Out on Arrival (OOA) and no persons were reported hurt
